I moved to Colorado for the bingo.

Okay, that might be a slight exaggeration. I actually moved here for the legal weed and the amazing skiing. But once I settled into my new home in Colorado Springs, I quickly realized that this town had something else to offer that I couldn’t find in my previous home of Los Angeles: bingo.

Now, I’m not what you would call a “bingo player.” I’m not retired, I don’t have grandchildren, and I don’t own a cat. But when I discovered that there was a place called “Bingo Billy” just a few miles from my house, I couldn’t resist checking it out.

Bingo Billy is the best (and only) place to play bingo in Springs.

Bingo Billy is located in a strip mall next to a pottery store and a hair salon. It’s not the most glamorous location, but it’s convenient, and that’s really all that matters when you’re looking for a place to play bingo. Trust me, I’ve looked.

The inside of Bingo Billy is what you would expect from a small-town bingo hall. There’s a snack bar selling nachos and hot dogs, a few rows of folding chairs, and a stage where the caller sits. The walls are covered in hand-painted murals of tropical scenes, and the floors are sticky.

But the best part of Bingo Billy is the people. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, and the players are even friendlier. I’ve only been playing bingo for a few months, but I already feel like part of the family.

So if you’re looking for a fun, friendly place to play bingo, look no further than Bingo Billy in Colorado Springs.

Just don’t expect to win anything. I’ve been playing for months, and I’ve yet to win a single game. But that’s okay, because bingo isn’t about winning. It’s about spending time with friends, eating nachos, and making up ridiculous names for your bingo cards. And on that front, Bingo Billy definitely delivers.
