I'm not much of a bingo player, but when I was in Picayune, Mississippi, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because it was a lot of fun!

The bingo hall was very large and there were a lot of people playing. I was surprised at how many people were there. The atmosphere was very friendly and it was easy to make friends.

I won a few games and lost a few games, but I had a great time. I would definitely recommend playing bingo in Picayune, Mississippi. It's a lot of fun!

The city is named for the Picayune newspaper.

Picayune was founded in 1904 by Francis A. Witty and Harry T. Howard. The city was named for the Picayune newspaper, which was owned by Witty. The word picayune is derived from the French picaillon, meaning a small coin or farthing.
