St Gerard's RC Church, Paterson, New Jersey

St Gerard's Church construction began in 1961, on land originally owned by St. Michael's Church. The funds were raised through many parishioners going door-to-door through Paterson to collect funds to start the creation of what's now known as the stunning St. Gerard's Church. It's been a pillar of its community since then--and before St. Gerard's Church was what it is today. With inclusivity to a high Hispanic demographic, the church's website has Spanish translations of all information, and ensures very welcoming doors to all those who want to attend the church for a manner of reasons. This, of course, includes the church doubling as a bingo hall on specific nights.
