Looking for a fun night out? Why not try your hand at bingo? In Middlebury, Vermont, there's a cozy little bingo hall located on Monkton Road. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first. I had never played bingo before and wasn't sure what to expect. But I'm happy to report that I had a blast! The staff was friendly and hospitable, and the other players were happy to help a bingo novice like myself. The best part about bingo, in my opinion, is that it's the perfect blend of luck and skill. You can't control which numbers are called, but you can control how many bingo cards you purchase and how you mark them off. If you're new to the game of bingo, here are a few tips to help you get started:- First, purchase your bingo cards. You can usually buy them at the bingo hall or online in advance. How many you buy is up to you, but I recommend buying at least 3 or 4.
- Next, find a good spot to sit. You want to be able to see all of the bingo cards you're playing, so you can mark off the numbers as they're called.
- Finally, listen closely as the numbers are called and mark them off on your bingo cards. The goal is to get 5 in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. When you get 5 in a row, shout "Bingo!" and you'll be a winner!
