I had never been to a veterans' bingo night before, and I wasn't sure what kind of crowd to expect. But I'm so glad I gave it a chance! The VFW Post 6252 is located in a small town in upstate New York, and it's been around for over 60 years. The Bingo hall is huge, and it's always packed with people of all ages. There's a big stage where the Bingo caller (who is also the DJ) calls out the numbers, and there's a huge screen that shows the numbers too. But Bingo is just one part of what makes the VFW Post 6252 so special. There's also a bar, a restaurant, a pool hall, and a game room. And the best part is that all of the proceeds go to supporting veterans.It's For a Good Cause

That includes things like providing scholarships for veterans' children and helping veterans who are struggling with things like homelessness and joblessness.
